Senior Underwriter // W&I

In this role you will assess, structure, and underwrite W&I policies for cross-border M&A transactions within a global insurance platform. You will work closely with brokers, advisors, and deal teams to support high-value international deals and expand the transactional risk offering. Your work will be central to the execution of complex cross-border risk solutions aligned with the firm’s growth strategy. This is a hands-on, strategically minded underwriting role with a path to broader responsibility and impact in international M&A activity.
