In this role you will own a high-impact P&C reinsurance treaty portfolio for the German market, selecting top-tier clients and driving portfolio performance. You will combine origination, client management, and underwriting excellence to deepen executive-level relationships and shape Swiss Re’s market strategy. You will tackle complex underwriting decisions, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to design tailored reinsurance solutions. • End-to-end underwriting: risk selection, costing, contract review, and structuring with data-driven support
• Client relationship management: build and sustain long-term partnerships with clients and brokers across levels

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Minimum 5 years in insurance or reinsurance underwriting, portfolio management, and/or client management
• Native-level German and professional English proficiency
• Strong technical underwriting skills including contractual knowledge, risk assessment, and portfolio steering
• Analytical capability with ability to synthesize data and strategic view
